Workforce Management Specialist This senior role involves implementing optimal solutions for customers using Kronos methodologies. Key responsibilities include consultative and technical support, delivering projects aligned with company standards, and meeting project milestones. The successful candidate will work in complex environments, requiring customization and integration with other third-party products. They must be highly adaptive to different customer environments and able to handle discussions with senior management. Key Responsibilities: Driving requirement assessment workshops with senior members of the customer organisation. Designing a solution that best fits the customer requirements while limiting deviations from standard Kronos functionalities. Preparing functional and technical solution design documents. Working with the offshore technical team to build the solution and clarifying their queries. Training core users of the customer. Managing customer user acceptance tests. Collaborating with project managers to align with project milestones. Required Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences or a related field. Experience with Kronos and UKG Workforce Management is mandatory. English Advanced (B2-C1). Experience in requirement gathering and solution design. Prior experience in supporting functional testing, integration testing, and UAT is preferred. Demonstrated track record in delivering quality technology and business solutions to a diverse customer base. Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers. Ability to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction. Ability to collaborate with clients and identify engagement follow-on opportunities.
