About Sales Roles We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team. This role involves selling motivated seller leads to both inbound and outbound prospects, managing their pipeline, and serving as a key point of contact in our customer journey. Key responsibilities include: Conducting onboarding calls and scheduling new appointments Managing and optimizing CRM to enhance lead tracking, segmentation, and conversion Analyzing lead data and providing actionable insights to improve sales and outreach Ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation of client interactions Working closely with the Sales Manager to drive performance and refine processes The ideal candidate should have at least one year of commission-based sales experience, strong communication skills, great English, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
