Job Opportunity The Staff Accountant plays a vital role in our organization, responsible for processing and implementing day-to-day transactional accounting to produce complete and accurate financial statements. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, apply payments, and reconcile transactions accurately and efficiently. Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations: Perform weekly soft reconciliations and monthly hard reconciliations, ensuring accuracy in coding and matching transactions. Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and intercompany accounts using NetSuite . Month-End Workbooks: Prepare and reconcile schedules for various accounts such as AR, AP, payroll accruals, loans, and fixed assets. Financial Reporting: Map accounts, sync data, and generate financial reports using organizational templates. Communication and Task Management: Utilize Asana to update and manage tasks and Bizinta for time entries with detailed descriptions. Requirements : 2–3 years of accounting or finance experience in month-end close processes, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions. Education: Accounting or Finance degree preferred. Technical Knowledge: Strong proficiency in NetSuite (or similar ERP) and Excel. US GAAP knowledge required; IFRS familiarity is beneficial.
