Financial Operations ExpertJob Overview:As a Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations across our international team.Perform complex transaction reconciliations in QuickBooks Online, identifying and resolving discrepancies independently.Accurately classify and code complex transactions, including accruals, prepaids, and multi-department allocations in compliance with accounting standards.Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and supporting schedules, contributing to month-end close processes.Review and approve expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance, providing guidance to staff on expense procedures.Handle escalated AP/AR issues, manage aging reports, assist with collection efforts, and maintain vendor relationships.Prepare and post standard and adjusting journal entries, maintaining supporting documentation.Recommend improvements to accounting procedures and implement best practices for efficiency.Prepare requested audit documentation and schedules, serving as a key contact for auditor inquiries.Provide guidance and answer questions from junior accounting team members as needed.Key Skills: Financial analysis, accounting standards, transaction management, budgeting, financial reporting.Responsibilities: Ensure accurate financial records, perform regular audits, provide expert advice on financial matters.Benefits: Opportunities for professional growth, competitive compensation package, collaborative work environment.About Us: We are a global organization dedicated to delivering exceptional financial services.
