Job Title: Financial Operations SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to support our financial activities across multiple entities.This role involves ensuring the smooth execution of daily accounting tasks, reinforcing financial controls, and providing essential backup.You will be responsible for:Creating and issuing customer invoicesManaging invoicing workflowsMonitoring incoming payments and performing payment matchingExecuting customer reminders and maintaining follow-up trackingMaintaining customer reporting and ensuring accuracy of receivables dataIn addition, you will:Verify and validate supplier invoicesEnsure correct accounting allocation of supplier expensesSupport monthly payables closing processThe ideal candidate has strong bookkeeping knowledge, reconciliation skills, and experience with accounting software.Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to work across multiple entities and currencies are also essential.As a remote employee, you will enjoy flexible working hours, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a key player in our financial operations department.If you have a passion for finance and a drive to succeed, we encourage you to apply.
