Service Operations Manager We are seeking a highly skilled Service Operations Manager to oversee the satisfaction of dealers across the country, optimize accessories supply rates, and drive sales targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing service capability improvement plans for dealers, designing active and passive service procedures, and building high-performing teams. Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing strategies to improve dealer satisfaction and accessory sales; Planning and organizing logistics, including parts management and delivery; Coordinating product testing and pre-market service planning in the host country; Recruiting, training, and managing a team of service professionals. To be successful in this role, you will need: A bachelor's degree or higher in a mechanical-related field; At least 5 years of experience in service and service management, preferably in the aerial work platform machinery industry; Proficiency in English as the primary working language.
