Customer Support Role This is a remote position requiring a stable internet connection. The primary goal will be to provide exceptional support and build relationships with customers. You will answer customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide clients through any technical problems. The ideal candidate will have: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in customer support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A basic understanding of metrics and KPIs. Attention to detail and the ability to accommodate flexible work schedules based on business needs. Responsibilities Include: Responding to customer concerns via phone, email, or chat. Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving them efficiently. Guiding clients through complex technical problems and providing solutions. Documenting all interactions and updating relevant systems. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum 2 years of customer support experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of metrics and KPIs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
