Job Description We are seeking an experienced accounting and tax professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing and filing U.S. federal (and some state) tax returns for single-member & multi-member LLCs, S-Corporations, foreign-owned U.S. disregarded entities and corporations, and U.S. individual tax returns. In this role, you will manage monthly/quarterly bookkeeping and financial statement preparation using QuickBooks Online, oversee payroll compliance when applicable, advise clients on tax-saving strategies, entity structuring, BOI reporting (FinCEN), and compliance timelines, review and correct client-provided records, flag red flags, and ensure data accuracy.
