ServiceNow Expertise The role of ServiceNow Technical Expert is pivotal in shaping the company's IT infrastructure. Makes key architectural decisions for ServiceNow configuration and development. Leverages external partnerships to drive ServiceNow development and application management forward. Ensures seamless execution of configuration, development, and administration tasks within ServiceNow. Main Responsibilities: Fosters close collaboration with cross-functional teams including DSM ServiceNow, Enterprise Architect, and Process Owners to align with strategic objectives. Evaluates module usage, integrations, and platform capabilities across SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, VR, and custom applications. Guarantees that platform design adheres to best practices and avoids unnecessary customization or technical debt. Skillset: Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and development. Able to guide and lead external partners on ServiceNow-related projects.
