Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of experienced software engineers in delivering complex projects with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated expertise in leading technical direction for teams, with a strong track record of mentoring and guiding team development efforts towards successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of highly experienced software engineers as a technical lead. Architect and implement new React components and frontend applications. Document architectural designs through diagrams and logical flows within Miro or a similar tool. Build and test new designs, formulations, materials, or systems for compliance with quality and/or performance standards. Test new applications and services in various environments. Gauge platform performance and take corrective action to optimize system behavior. Determine operational feasibility by providing analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions. Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues. Stay on the leading edge of development methodologies, technologies, and partner with product and design counterparts. Work side-by-side with key principal and distinguished engineers to design and build scalable solutions. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Experience: 5+ years of experience working as a full-stack engineer is essential. Additionally, 5+ years of experience working with TypeScript, 5+ years of experience working with React, 3+ years of experience working with C# .NET or Java, and 3+ years of experience working with Node are necessary. Experience with NoSQL databases (DynamoDB preferred) and advanced English level are also required.
