We are seeking an elite video editor to join our team. Job Description: An 8-figure direct-to-consumer (DTC) beauty and wellness brand is looking for a skilled video editor to produce high-volume, high-converting video advertising. The ideal candidate will understand direct response mechanics and have experience in producing scroll-stopping ads at scale. The successful candidate will work across multiple products and funnels simultaneously, transforming raw creator footage, user-generated content clips, and b-roll into persuasive short-form ads and VSLs that convert cold traffic into buyers. Required Skills and Qualifications: Fluent English fluency 2+ years of experience editing for DTC/eCommerce brands in the beauty, health, or supplements industry Expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve + After Effects Deep understanding of Meta/YouTube Shorts specs and algorithm-friendly editing patterns Native fluency with UGC aesthetics vs. polished brand content Proven ability to produce 8-12 ads per week without compromising quality Benefits: A competitive base salary, plus monthly performance bonuses tied to ad performance metrics.
