Product Designer Job Description We're seeking a seasoned Product Designer to join our team. As a senior designer, you will lead end-to-end product design processes, from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design. Partner closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions; Design intuitive interfaces for complex cybersecurity tools and software products, focusing on usability, scalability, and performance; Conduct thorough user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize user experience; Collaborate with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives and customer needs; Create and maintain robust design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite; Stay updated on industry trends, user behavior patterns in B2B software, and best practices in product design. Key Requirements Expertise with design tools like Figma, FigJam, and prototyping tools such as Framer or Principle; Solid understanding of user flows, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy for B2B software; Experience working in agile development environments, with strong collaboration skills alongside Product Managers and Engineers; Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles.
