About the Role The Chief Data Strategist will define the technical vision, lead the development of advanced machine learning models and data-driven solutions. Main Responsibilities: Data Strategy and Team Leadership Advanced Model Development Data Product Solutions Collaboration and Communication Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science or related fields within SaaS, marketing technology, education technology or related domains. Proven experience managing and mentoring data science teams. Expert-level experience building and deploying segmentation and propensity models commercially. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Experience with Python libraries (Pandas, NumPy) and cloud-based data platforms (BigQuery, Redshift, GCS, S3). Proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and Git providers (GitHub, BitBucket, GitLab). Deep understanding of statistical analysis, experimental design, and A/B testing methodologies.
