Instructional Designer Job Opportunity We are seeking a seasoned Instructional Designer to collaborate with our learning teams on various projects. The ideal candidate will have around 2 years of experience in creating engaging content, organizing information, and developing storyboards and documentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Designing clear content structures based on curriculum maps and SME input; Preparing and maintaining instructional documents; Collaborating with subject matter experts to gather missing details and ensure content accuracy; Reviewing provided materials to identify inconsistencies or gaps. To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 2 years of experience in instructional design; A strong understanding of instructional design models and e-learning authoring tools; Excellent written English skills and attention to detail; Ability to work with technical content (STEM familiarity is an asset); Strong communication and organizational skills.
