Learning Program Specialist We're seeking a highly skilled Learning Program Specialist to lead the design and delivery of impactful learning programs across our global organization. The ideal candidate will proactively identify business needs and develop targeted training solutions that strengthen employee performance and productivity. Job Description: The Learning Program Specialist will be responsible for leading end-to-end training programs from design to delivery, achieving measurable improvements in performance and productivity. This includes authoring and maintaining engaging training content for e-learning, virtual, and live sessions, with clear learning objectives and measurable outcomes. Responsibilities: Design and deliver high-impact learning programs that address skill gaps and business priorities. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted learning interventions. Create and maintain training content that is engaging, interactive, and effective. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement. Partner with business leaders to ensure all learning initiatives are strategically aligned with department goals. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you'll need: 8+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development. Strong expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies; relevant certification preferred. Proven experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
