🚀 We’re Hiring: Junior Recruiter – International Market 🌍 We’re looking for a driven and people-oriented professional to join our recruitment team The ideal candidate is someone who loves connecting with new people, knows how to spot potential through smart questions, and thrives in a dynamic, goal-driven environment. What You’ll Do: ✨ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates 📞 Conduct interviews (phone & in-person)✅ Assess and qualify candidates based on interviews and resumes 💬 Be the main point of contact for candidates throughout the process 🎯 Meet weekly goals related to calls and emails What We’re Looking For: 🔹 Advanced English – you’ll be working with global clients like Google, Reddit, GAP, The RealReal, JP Morgan, and more🔹 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 🔹 Strong organization and attention to detail 🔹 High energy, passion, and a drive to exceed targets 🔹 Experience with Microsoft Office tools 📍 Location: Bragança Paulista (on-site for the first 3 months, then hybrid)🗓️ Vacation: 20 business days per year If you’re eager to grow fast in international recruitment and want to be part of a team that works with world-class clients, we’d love to meet you 💬
