The Role

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Business Development professional to join our growing presence in Latin America . You will lead efforts to expand our footprint in the Pharmaceutical Intermediates, API, CMO, and CDMO sectors, building strategic relationships and driving revenue growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Brazil, Mexico, and other key Latin American markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, and related companies.
  • Conduct market research to track trends, opportunities, and competitive activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with operational capabilities.
  • Represent LOXIM at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Chemical Engineering (or related discipline).
  • 3–5 years' experience in business development or sales in Pharmaceutical Intermediates, APIs, CMO, and CDMO .
  • Strong professional network and market knowledge in Latin America.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese and/or Spanish .
