Atuação Híbrida em Cotia - SP

Requisitos:

  • Formação superior em Contabilidade, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlacionadas;
  • Pós-graduação ou MBA em Finanças, Controladoria ou áreas correlatas
  • Experiência sólida em controladoria industrial
  • Conhecimento avançado em ERP (preferencialmente SAP ou TOTVS)
  • Domínio de Excel, Power BI e ferramentas de análise financeira
  • Inglês Avançado

  • Vivência em empresas com seguimento de industrias
  • Experiência com projetos de automação financeira e digitalização de processos

Atividades:

  • Realizar a apuração e o cálculo de tributos diretos e indiretos (IRPJ, CSLL, PIS, COFINS, ICMS, ISS, IPI, entre outros), garantindo conformidade com a legislação vigente.
  • Elaborar, revisar e transmitir obrigações acessórias municipais, estaduais e federais (SPED Fiscal, SPED Contribuições, EFD-Reinf, DCTF, DIRF, GIA, etc.).
  • Interpretar e aplicar corretamente a legislação tributária, acompanhando alterações legais e normativas para avaliar impactos e propor ajustes nos processos.
  • Efetuar análises fiscais preventivas e corretivas, visando mitigar riscos e evitar contingências.
  • Apoiar a área contábil na conciliação fiscal e no fechamento mensal, garantindo a correta contabilização dos tributos.
  • Preparar e fornecer informações para auditorias internas, externas e fiscalizações de órgãos reguladores.
  • Identificar oportunidades de economia tributária e recuperação de créditos, mantendo alinhamento com políticas internas e compliance.
  • Assessorar as demais áreas da empresa em questões fiscais relacionadas a contratos, precificação, operações comerciais e novos projetos.
  • Participar de projetos de melhoria de processos e automações no setor fiscal, buscando eficiência e redução de erros operacionais.
  • Atuar como referência técnica para o time, compartilhando conhecimento e orientando na resolução de casos complexos.
