Job Title: Sales Growth Strategist Location: Remote (Brazil)  We're seeking an experienced Sales Growth Strategist to spearhead growth across LATAM.   The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers and driving sales growth in the nutraceutical ingredients industry. Key responsibilities include: • Managing key accounts across LATAM and developing strategic plans to capture new business opportunities. • Presenting nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies. • Collaborating with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches. • Staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to identify white spaces and protect share. • Meeting and exceeding quarterly/annual sales targets through accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene. • Representing the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events. • Providing technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams. Requirements: 5+ years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM. Strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications in dietary supplements and functional F&B. Proven ability to prospect, build pipelines, negotiate, and close across multiple countries. Fluent Portuguese and strong Spanish; English is a plus. Self-starter comfortable working remotely; excellent territory/time management skills. Based in Brazil with willingness to travel across LATAM as required. Proficiency with MS Office and CRM (ZOHO preferred).
