Job Overview We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of MSP Delivery Specialist, responsible for managing the full life cycle of contingent workforce requests. Support large-scale hiring initiatives and supplier rationalization efforts. Train and assist client hiring managers and suppliers in requisition management. Conduct intake calls and manage requisition flow from posting through fulfillment. To be successful, you will require: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a business-related field. 3–5 years of experience in MSP operations or contingent workforce management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Beeline. Bilingual competency across English and Portuguese.
