Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated MarTech Solutions Architect to design and maintain scalable technology solutions. Familiarity with insurance industry data and customer lifecycle models is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT, Data Science, Software Engineering. Implement real-time and batch data ingestion strategies. Manage customer event tracking and identity resolution within Segment. Orchestrate personalized marketing campaigns in Braze using dynamic segmentation and behavioral triggers. Ensure data integrity and feedback loops from Braze back into Snowflake via Segment. Automate data transformations and enrichment using scripting languages. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration issues across platforms.
