Near is a startup that bridges the gap between remote Latin American talent and companies hiring in the US and abroad. Our team spans 20+ members across four countries, having landed numerous great customers and helped hundreds of people from LatAm find jobs at US companies.
We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Account Executive who is autonomous, creative, and enterprising to join our team. This opportunity offers a highly competitive compensation structure with uncapped commission. If you can effectively source and qualify leads, you will have the potential to earn a significant amount of money.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Expand revenue generated from existing accounts.
  • Create new opportunities through outbound prospecting.
  • Closely work with inbound leads.
  • Built strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Leverage our existing network to secure referrals.
  • Understand industry-specific landscapes and trends.
  • Become an expert in the staffing industry.
