Your Impact on the Job You will be responsible for developing and executing business plans that align with company goals and objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies, prepare forecasts, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). You will establish a strong presence in defined markets and regions, working closely with regional sales managers to drive business results. You will champion the development of new business opportunities and personally close large deals. You will determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by analyzing market trends and implementing effective marketing strategies. You will establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories. You will maintain sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors, and supply and demand. You will complete national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results. You will maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in industry events. What We're Looking For 15+ years of relevant sales and customer success experience with extensive knowledge of scaling a geography and practices. Experience managing a high-performance sales and customer success team in the LATAM region. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and actions. A proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive business outcomes. Strengths in problem-solving and issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Strong leadership and team-building skills.
