Network Operations Center Specialist We are seeking an experienced Network Operations Center Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing technical support and coordination on activities within the NOC, verifying swift and accurate response to all alerts, ensuring the repair or escalation of issues as appropriate. Job Description: You will provide technical assistance and problem-solving expertise in a fast-paced environment. This includes: Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting issues Coordinating with internal teams to resolve incidents and outages Communicating effectively with customers and stakeholders This position requires excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
