Senior Workday Project Coordinator and Business Analyst This role involves overseeing release work, facilitating agile and prioritization stand-up meetings, preparing presentations, and managing project resources. Oversight of release work, agile and prioritization stand-up meetings, preparation of presentations, and management of project resources. Execution of Business Analysis tasks including gathering and documenting business requirements and functional designs; data analysis performance. Acting as Workday Configuration Subject Matter Expert (SME). The ideal candidate will have a strong alignment to the technical side (60%) and functional (40%) side of Workday. They will be required to operate in the EST time zone, with working hours based on US or Brazilian time zones. Key responsibilities include: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand project goals and objectives. Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Identifying and mitigating project risks. Providing regular progress updates to stakeholders. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential.
