Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative mid-level Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our design team to create user-friendly, visually appealing, and functional designs for a variety of products. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from concept to completion, ensuring our clients' needs and goals are met.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve designs.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design user interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and other digital products.
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
Qualifications
- Professional English
- 3-5 years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work and demonstrating excellent design skills.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping on Figma.
- Experience with user research and usability testing.
- Previous experience creating SaaS applications;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a small team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
