Job Title: Chief Digital Workspace Strategist We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Digital Workspace Strategist to lead our efforts in transforming our End User Computing environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary professional to shape the future of our organization. Develop and maintain comprehensive digital workspace architectures, encompassing physical, virtual, mobile, and cloud-based environments. Establish and enforce standards and frameworks for device provisioning, management, security, and access policies, including identity control, encryption, and threat protection. Leverage automation, self-service, and cloud integration to drive modernization and digital transformation initiatives in smart workspaces, focusing on collaboration tools, mobile applications, and endpoint security. The ideal candidate will possess higher education in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology and at least 8 years of experience in architecture, management, and innovation of the End User Computing environment in global companies or highly complex sectors. Advanced knowledge in EUC platforms and tools, as well as expertise in device security, zero trust, identity and access management, encryption, endpoint protection, automation, and monitoring, are essential requirements. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required, while certifications in Project Management (PMP, Prince2) or Change Management (PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner) are desirable. Key Responsibilities: To design and implement effective digital workspace solutions that meet business needs and drive user adoption. To establish partnerships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and support of digital workspace technologies. To develop and maintain budget-friendly strategies for the deployment and management of digital workspace solutions. Requirements: Higher education in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology. At least 8 years of experience in architecture, management, and innovation of the End User Computing environment. Advanced knowledge in EUC platforms and tools. Expertise in device security, zero trust, identity and access management, encryption, endpoint protection, automation, and monitoring. Fluency in English and Portuguese.
