IT Systems Engineer We are seeking a proactive, self-driven IT Systems Engineer to design, implement, and support complex systems for enterprise clients. This role is ideal for those who enjoy direct client engagement and thrive in dynamic settings. Key responsibilities include: Designing, installing, configuring, and supporting systems technologies, such as servers, storage, and Active Directory. Consulting with clients on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures. Collaborating with teams to deliver tailored business solutions for critical environments. Managing and resolving client support tickets with clear communication and documentation. Tracking time against project agreements for service efficiency and profitability. Reporting on project progress and participating in ongoing technical training and development. Required skills and experience include: 3-4 years of IT Systems Engineering experience in enterprise or managed service environments. 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365. Strong background in Intune and mobile device management. Proficiency with MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions. Solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems. Proven ability to develop and maintain detailed systems documentation. Familiarity with change management, product lifecycles, and client service best practices. This is a fully remote position working US Central time hours.
