Jr Manager S&OP AC
Job Description
As a Jr Manager S&OP AC, you'll with planning, sales, logistics, factory and HQ.
Roles and responsibilities:
- planning and supply chain routine tasks
- demand analysis] perform market demand analysis for each segment and group of models, analyzing factors that influence the market (economic trend, marketing plan, competitive product launch, etc.).
- ensuring the amount of key material supply] make the selection of key materials and administer through the system to stabilize the supply for mass production of new models. Be responsible for monitoring production according to volume established by the annual planning, through the alignment with the factory and the correct supply of raw material analyzed by the comic. Analyze the risks of operation and logistics, seeking solutions to ensure supply.
- management of sales subsidiaries]. Perform management of commercial planning based on the availability of product versus target established, giving visibility for decision making and strategy of the business unit.
- management of new models and discontinued products and products - End of production] Plan the 4 -cycle operation strategy (introduction, growth, maturity and decline) of the launch of the new model to the decision of discontinuity. Ensure Phase In/Phase Out.
- Inventory Operation] Apply sales and supply plan for surplus/ absence control, in order to optimize inventory level, making it efficient to distribute the market and sales subsidiaries efficient.
- and long-term resource management planning] Participate in medium and long -term resource management planning for the preparation of materials and delivery facilities, discussing demand for medium- and long-term period (4 to 6 months).
Background & Experience
- Complete Higher Education.
- MBA | Postgraduate
- experience: experience of at least 5 years in the areas of planning, logistics or supplies in medium/large companies.
- Good knowledge in logistics, office package and ERP system.
- Advanced English
