Country Manager - South America We are looking for a driven and ambitious individual to lead our business in the South American market. As a Country Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive business plans to achieve aggressive growth targets. Your key responsibilities will include: Market strategy and leadership : Develop and execute country-specific business plans to achieve growth targets and establish market dominance. Business Development and Partnerships : Proactively seek, negotiate, and secure partnerships with affiliates and introducing brokers. Team Building and Management : Build, coach, and lead local sales teams from scratch. Foster a high-performance, results-oriented culture through effective training, coaching, and motivation. Revenue generation : Drive all sales activities to acquire new customers and maximize deposits. Manage key accounts and high-value partners personally. Market Intelligence : Gain insight into the local competition landscape, regulatory environments, and customer needs of the CFD/cryptocurrency/fintech industry. Compliance : Ensure all sales and partnership activities comply with local regulations and company policies. To succeed in this role, you will need: A minimum of 2 years of senior sales or leadership experience in CFDs, cryptocurrency, or online trading/finance. A proven track record of building sales teams from scratch and leading them to exceed targets. Experience in establishing partnerships with affiliates and introducing brokers, with a relevant network preferred. Fluent English (spoken and written) is a prerequisite. A global perspective, ability to work independently from any location, and willingness to travel frequently for business as needed. Bonus points will be given for: Proficiency in other foreign languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, German, French). Having a potential customer or partner network in the European or South American market. Experience with Go-to-Market Strategy in designated regions. Deep understanding of Sales Funnel and CRM tools.
