SOBRE O SEU PERFIL
- Escolaridade: Superior complete;
- Informática: Pacote Office;
- Idioma: Inglês avançado;
- Conhecimento em M&A e/ou fundos de investimento em participações;
- Vivência com gestão de pessoas;
- Experiência em fundos / Mercado Financeiro (desejável);
SOBRE A POSIÇÃO
- Experiência em Fundos Estruturados, incluindo FIP e FIDC;
- Conhecimento de cálculo de cotas (definição de acompanhamento diário do cálculo de cotas entregue pelos custodiantes e controladores);
- Experiência em sistemas de processamento de Fundos. SINQIA e MAPS será um plus;
- Elaborar e executar todo o processo de apuração de taxas, como por exemplo, taxa de administração, custodia, consultoria, distribuição dentre outras;
- Conhecimento Tributário e Come-cotas de FIP;
- Eventos de Cisão, Incorporação, Amortização e Encerramento de Fundos;
- Cálculos e monitoramento de Chamada de Capital;
- Controle de Oferta, Emissão, Subscrição e Capital Comprometido de FIP;
- Validação Estrutura de Taxa de Ingresso;
- Conhecimento Instruções CVM Fundos;
- Informes Legais Anbima Relatório de Suitability, Mensal e Trimestral;
- Informes Legais BACEN – 5401, DCB, CENSO;
- Informes Legais CVM – Quadrimestral e Relatório de Referência;
- Informe de Rendimentos Anual de Cotistas;
- Conhecimento da REINF (informações mensais e rendimentos de cotistas para Receita Federal);
- Conhecimento de Demonstração Financeira e de Resultados de FIP;
- Conhecimento Operacional da CETIP;
- Conhecimento de normas para investidor não residente;
- Habilidade na gestão de pessoas e construir times de alta performance;
- Habilidade no relacionamento com clientes externos e internos;
