Job Opportunity We are seeking an HR Manager to join our organization. This role is crucial in building and scaling HR functions across LATAM countries. The ideal candidate will provide essential human resources support to team members and clients, executing people initiatives, delivering internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. Main responsibilities include: Contributing to the company's strategy and attending regular HR team and Company meetings. Building and maintaining excellent relationships with employees, delivering the best HR services and demonstrating a collaborative and proactive approach to solving people issues. Coordinating and administering day-to-day employee life cycle functions, including on-boarding, off-boarding, adaptation, and orientation programs. Working closely with clients to provide exceptional service tailored to their needs, partnering with other teams to conduct quarterly HR meetings, and acting as an HR advisor to support clients and their teams. Developing and implementing different HR initiatives for the LATAM region. This is a key opportunity for an HR professional to drive growth and success within our organization.
