Training & Development Leader We are seeking an experienced Training & Development leader to drive real impact and deliver learning programs that develop global talent and drive organizational success. This role involves designing and delivering training content, implementing post-training evaluations, and tracking key metrics. You will partner with business leaders to ensure learning objectives align with department goals. Create engaging training content for e-learning, virtual, and live sessions. Implement post-training evaluations and reinforcement micro-learning to ensure knowledge retention. To succeed in this role, you'll need 8+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development. You should have expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
