Salesforce Transformation Strategist

Job Description: The Director of Salesforce Implementation serves as the operational leader of a cross-functional team, overseeing project delivery excellence and ensuring projects are executed effectively. This role is responsible for leading a team of up to 15 Salesforce professionals across the US and LATAM, including consultants, developers, administrators, solution architects, and marketing automation specialists. Lead and mentor a cross-functional team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction. Manage staffing, capacity planning, and resource allocation across all active projects. Oversee Salesforce implementation projects, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE), Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE), and integrations. Cross-department collaboration is essential in this role, requiring close work with sales, customer success, and operations teams to ensure alignment across the client lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Project Delivery Excellence: Ensure projects are scoped accurately, executed effectively, delivered on time, and aligned with client expectations and quality standards. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction. Resource Allocation: Manage staffing, capacity planning, and resource allocation across all active projects. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer success, and operations teams to ensure alignment across the client lifecycle. This role requires strong leadership, project governance, delivery operations, and client relationship skills. The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce expertise with proven team leadership and project management abilities. Required Skills and Qualifications: Salesforce Expertise: Deep knowledge of Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE), Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE), and integrations. Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction. Project Governance: Strong project management skills, including scoping, execution, and delivery. Delivery Operations: Ability to manage staffing, capacity planning, and resource allocation across all active projects.
