Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Digital Engagement Manager to lead our customer engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to drive business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute customer-centric solutions. Analyze customer feedback and insights to inform engagement strategies. Lead training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge in customer engagement. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure engagement effectiveness. Technical Requirements: Proven experience in IT Service Management, SAP Basis, and SAP Applications. Hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities, upgrades, and infrastructure updates for cloud customers. Working knowledge of SAP HEC, SAP S/4HANA, or other cloud solutions.
