Job Opportunity Key Responsibilities: Conduct customer discussions around requirements and technical specifications. Develop software programs by following programming standards and procedures, performing unit tests, modifying code, and troubleshooting logic and coding errors. Ensure secure coding and UI standards are applied during development. Provide inputs and contribute to the improvement and maintenance of applications and programs. Lead efforts to configure, analyze, design, develop, and maintain program code and applications. Execute detailed and complex unit tests and secure code testing and troubleshooting. Manage source code and support the source code management process. Participate in integration, systems, and performance testing and code tuning. Define opportunities for code reuse and promote best practices. Requirements: Expertise in software development and technical specifications. Strong understanding of programming standards and procedures. Ability to perform unit tests and troubleshoot code errors. Knowledge of secure coding and UI standards. Experience with source code management. Skills in integration, systems, and performance testing. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
