Job Title We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple e-commerce platforms. The successful candidate will ensure accuracy in inventory, smooth order fulfillment, and efficient payment processing. The ideal candidate will have experience leading coordination across marketing, sales, logistics, and customer service teams to execute online campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events. They will maintain and continuously optimize product listings, content, and digital assets to align with brand goals and drive conversion. In this role, you will monitor stock movements across digital channels, implement replenishment alerts, and reduce risks of stockouts or overstock. You will also develop operational SOPs to scale post-purchase processes and maximize efficiency. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics or related field; Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or retail fulfillment; preferably in mobile tech, consumer electronics or FMCG; Professional fluency in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus; Demonstrated ability to lead operational initiatives and drive performance improvements across teams, h3 Skills & Qualifications h4 Required skills l • High attention to detail • Familiarity with supply chain payment systems • Strong analytical mindset including interpreting data & insights ,hhhh4 Nice To Have h4strong preferences bullet point list > • Proven track record w/ digitization initiatives –> workflow automation -beprofile t
