**E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS LEADER**:
- São Paulo, Brazil-
**YOUR MISSION**:
- Control projects, processes and partners related on ecommerce operations (payment, CS, logistics, last mile and integrations) in order to assure excellence in performance and customer experience, always focuses on cost optimizations;
- Structuring projects and developments according to business objectives, ensuring excellence in performance, customer experience and cost optimization;
- Coordinate relationship(s) of the third party operation, keeping the business on the e-commerce operations fronts;
- Guide the efficient and effective delivery of services by external partners and departments in areas such SAC, logistics and payment processing, ensuring 360° efficiency.
**YOUR TALENT**:
- Fluency in English;
- Domain of concepts, processes, technics and languages referred to this business function with relevant working experience in eCommerce;
- Strong analytical skills, data driven;
- Well organized, focused on details, quality control and execution efficient;
- Project implementation experience.
