About this Role We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our team and drive strategic partnerships with merchandise partners, manufacturers, and brands. Responsibilities Proactively identify opportunities to increase overall value through local partnerships. Support merchants in establishing themselves on the platform and provide guidance in developing comprehensive plans. Develop and implement projects through resource integration and merchant guidance. Conduct market analysis reports and adjust strategies based on industry trends. Required Skills/Qualifications 5+ years of operational experience in brand management or platform operations. Established connections and relationships with local seller and vendor networks. Strong analytical skills, able to analyze market trends and project management.
