We are looking for an experienced Payments Product Operations Manager to improve efficiency, scalability, and innovation on our payments platform. This is a key role for someone passionate about streamlining operations and enhancing how digital financial products are delivered. What We’re Hiring You will work across payments operations, collaborating with Product, Technology, Compliance, Risk, and external vendors to improve processes and performance. Key responsibilities include: Optimise operations and implement process improvements. Lead cross-functional initiatives to boost efficiency and scalability. Support the development of new payment products and features. Use data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Create dashboards and KPIs to track performance. The ideal candidate will have: Experience in payments or product operations, process optimisation. Solid knowledge of payment systems, workflows, and regulations. Track record of driving efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement. Skilled in collaborating with Product and Technology teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
