How you'll contribute ✅ Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries in BigQuery to extract, transform, and analyze data for reporting and analytics use cases. ✅ Develop, maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards and reports, ensuring stakeholder-ready design, usability, and scalability. ✅ Support reporting and analytics needs across multiple teams (Finance, Product, and others), translating business questions into datasets, metrics, and actionable insights. ✅ Contribute to the analytics layer in dbt by creating or adjusting models for reporting use cases, following established patterns and best practices. ✅ Partner closely with the Data Engineering team, leveraging existing data pipelines and models (no major pipeline ownership initially). ✅ Validate data accuracy and integrity through reconciliation, QA checks, documentation, and ongoing monitoring. ✅ Troubleshoot data and reporting issues, collaborating with the Data team to identify root causes and resolve inconsistencies. ✅ Participate in structured requirement gathering, prioritization, and iterative delivery with cross-functional stakeholders, supported by a Product Manager. ✅ Ensure proper handling of sensitive data by following security, access control, and compliance requirements. ✅ Build deeper business context around metrics, entity relationships, and reporting definitions to proactively improve analytics delivery. This would make you the ideal candidate ✨ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. ✨ 3+ Years of experience working as a Business Intelligence Analyst, BI Developer, Analytics Engineer, or similar data-focused role. ✨ 3+ Years of experience writing and optimizing SQL queries, including joins, aggregations, complex logic, and performance tuning. ✨ 2+ Years of experience building and maintaining Tableau dashboards and visualizations for business stakeholders. ✨ Strong understanding of relational databases and data structures. ✨ Proven ability to deliver reliable, high-quality reporting in collaboration with business and technical teams. ✨ Experience working with cloud data warehouses, preferably BigQuery. ✨ Working knowledge of DBT, including models, modular transformations, and analytics engineering workflows. ✨ Understanding of analytics data modeling concepts (facts/dimensions, star schemas) to support consistent KPI definitions. ✨ Ability to work closely with Data Engineers within established pipelines and architectures. ✨ Strong data quality practices, including validation, documentation, and QA processes. ✨ Comfort handling sensitive data and following security or compliance requirements. ✨ Ability to manage priorities and deliver incrementally in a small, fast-moving team. ✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients.
