Job Summary: This is a highly sought-after role within the tax department, where the right candidate will utilize their expertise in SAP to drive process improvements and ensure compliance. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Tax Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of the tax department, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance on all tax-related matters. Key Responsibilities: Act as a subject matter expert in indirect taxes (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS/COFINS), including legislation, calculations, and operational impacts. Review and analyze monthly and periodic tax calculations to identify areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records of tax obligations and ensure timely submission. Collaborate with internal teams (Accounting, Finance, Controllership, Legal) and external auditors to achieve tax compliance. Identify and propose process improvements to enhance tax efficiency and minimize risks. Requirements: Proven experience with SAP, acting as a Key User or in a more advanced capacity. Advanced English language skills, with strong communication abilities in global corporate environments. Solid knowledge of taxation laws and regulations. Analytical skills and a systemic view to identify tax risks and propose process improvements. Experience leading automation projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the tax area is considered a plus. Training and supervising a team of 7 people.
