Descrição da vaga . Cargo: Customer Success Manager Sr. . Modalidade de contratação: PJ . Home Office Necessário: . Precisa ter uma empresa aberta com CNPJ regularizado . Conta corrente PJ . Experiência mínima de 3 anos na área de CS e gestão de carteiras High Touch; . Formação superior completa nas áreas de Negócios, TI ou similares. . Possuir computador e chip corporativo. . Conhecimentos profundos sobre CRM. Principais responsabilidades: . Gerenciar contas-chaves e coordenar implementações complexas envolvendo integrações API. . Cuidar ativamente de toda jornada do cliente (Onboarding e Ongoing) . Se relacionar com a alta gestão das empresas, focando no engajamento. . Irá trabalhar com vários produtos do nosso portfólio de soluções tecnológicas e tentar expandir os clientes para o uso delas. . Atuar com a metodologia de OKRs e monitoramento das principais métricas de CS. . Realizar reuniões periódicas para mensurar o ROI dos clientes. . Precisa ter excelente habilidade de comunicação e escrita. . Realizar visitas pontuais aos clientes da carteira, visando um melhor engajamento. Remuneração e benefícios . Remuneração fixa + variável sobre Churn + comissão de 5% sobre expansões (Upsell, Cros-sell e Upgrade). . Benefício saúde com pronto atendimento e consultas médicas com especialistas on-line. .
