Job Overview We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the management of Treasury, Accounts Payable and Receivable operations. Treasury Management: Cash Flow Coordination Develop and monitor daily, weekly, and projected cash flow forecasts; Manage bank accounts, balances, reconciliations, and financial investments in line with company policy; Plan fund transfers between subsidiaries and partners ensuring timely execution and compliance; Support Controllership with monthly close and cash flow analysis for informed decision making; Evaluate banking security risks and implement controls to ensure segregation of duties and approval levels. Accounts Payable & Collections Coordinate the payment cycle (review, approval, and execution) to minimize delays and errors; Verify accurate posting of invoices, tax withholdings, and cost centers for efficient financial tracking; Develop and maintain payment policies aligned with company standards and regulatory requirements; Monitor due dates for contracts, insurance policies, and recurring expenses to prevent late fees and penalties; Identify areas for improvement and implement automation initiatives for increased efficiency. Credit Risk Management Establish and continuously review the company's credit policy to ensure alignment with industry best practices; Analyze customer financial and credit data to assess risk levels and adjust accordingly; Maintain accurate delinquency indicators and credit performance reports for strategic decision making; Provide training and guidance to commercial and operational teams on credit rules and procedures. Financial Leadership Develop and present financial dashboards and performance indicators to stakeholders for informed decision making; Leverage analytical skills to identify areas for continuous improvement and drive automation projects for enhanced efficiency; Collaborate with Controllership and Executive Management to develop strategic plans and achieve business objectives; Evaluate and recommend improvements to internal processes and procedures to optimize performance. ]]>
