Salesforce Configuration Specialist

QAT Global, a US-based IT consulting firm with over 30 years of experience, is looking for a Salesforce Configuration Specialist to join our growing team. We are proud to deliver world-class technology solutions with teams across the US, Costa Rica, and Brazil.
This is a full-time, remote position (CLT hire in Brazil only) , offering the chance to collaborate directly with our US-based client and international development teams.
About the role:
As a Salesforce Configuration Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of our technology transfer software. You will work closely with project managers, clients, and development teams to configure, customize, and optimize Salesforce environments. This role is ideal for someone with deep Salesforce expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsabilities:
- Perform advanced Salesforce configurations, including complex Flows, Community Cloud setup, automation, custom fields, permissions, and data imports.
- Manage and execute data migration processes, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Troubleshoot software configuration and data reconciliation issues.
- Deliver training and documentation for clients, focusing on Salesforce functionality and administrator tasks.
- Develop clear documentation such as configuration workbooks, user guides, and testing protocols.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven Salesforce experience, including configurations and customizations.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and/or Platform App Builder).
- Strong ability to handle complex permission requests.
- Expertise in designing advanced screen, record, and scheduled trigger Flows.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, use cases, and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication in English.
- Ability to adapt quickly to unique software solutions built on Salesforce.
