Project Leadership Role We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead our software development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring timely and within-scope delivery. Develop and manage project budgets, forecasting revenue and expenses accurately. Lead cross-functional teams of technical architects, developers, QA professionals, and business analysts to achieve project goals. Manage Agile metrics, user stories, epics, sprints, and burndown charts to drive project success. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or closely related field. 8+ years of IT Project Management experience in Agile Scrum environment. Prior hands-on development or coding experience. Proven track record of managing teams and delivering projects on time and within scope. Experience with Microsoft DevOps and Agile metrics. Ability to perform business analysis, including requirements gathering and process documentation. Desirable Skills: Experience in the Oil and Gas industry. Previous experience in a consulting role or possessing a consultative mindset. PMP certification and CSM.
