Application Portfolio Management Role As an Application Portfolio Management (APM) professional, you will play a pivotal role in capturing, analyzing, and maintaining application metadata using LeanIX. This position is part of the IT Global Infrastructure & Operation team and can be performed remotely. This role directly supports our enterprise-wide transformation by enabling smarter technology investments, reducing redundancy, and aligning IT capabilities with business strategy. You will work closely with application owners, enterprise architects, and business analysts to gather insights and validate data. Your responsibilities will include: Populating and maintaining accurate application data within LeanIX, including ownership, lifecycle, business capabilities, and technical attributes. Evaluating applications for business value and technical value. Collaborating with stakeholders to map future business requirements to existing technologies. You will also generate dashboards and reports from LeanIX to support executive decision-making and provide insights into portfolio health, redundancy, risk, and optimization opportunities. To succeed in this role, you will need: 3+ years of experience in application portfolio management, enterprise architecture, or IT asset management. Hands-on experience with LeanIX or similar APM tools. A strong understanding of application lifecycle, business capability modeling, and technology stack analysis. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
