Job Description We are seeking a skilled AI Technical Manager/Product Owner to lead the delivery of multiple AI initiatives. This role combines product ownership, delivery management, and stakeholder leadership with an AI focus. This position blends strategic planning, team management, and technical expertise to drive AI projects forward. You will be responsible for defining project scope, managing stakeholder expectations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact results. About the Role The ideal candidate will have experience as a Product Owner, POPM, or Technical Delivery Manager in software or AI-enabled projects. They will possess strong backlog management skills, including writing/structuring user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and ordering work to hit early wins. Key Responsibilities: Translate ambiguous AI-related business goals into clear problem statements, prioritized backlogs, and sequenced delivery plans. Own the order of work: define MVP, prioritize by impact and effort, and ensure the first outcomes are meaningful and measurable. Manage expectations with business, technical, and partner stakeholders around scope, tradeoffs, and timelines. Act as POPM/PO across one or two concurrent AI projects, maintaining visibility, momentum, and alignment. Collaborate with an AI Architect and engineering leads to align business outcomes with technical implementation. Facilitate Sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with a focus on outcomes, learning, and velocity rather than ceremony. Anticipate risks and issues ahead of time rather than reacting late; surface them clearly and propose actionable options. Maintain strong executive presence in meetings: concise updates, clear decisions, and structured communication.
