Job Title: E-commerce Expansion Manager We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-commerce Expansion Manager to lead our sales team in driving business growth through strategic planning, customer relations, and channel development. Key Responsibilities: Sales Program Development: Lead the development and execution of sales programs to maximize market coverage and drive revenue growth. Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions. Team Management: Manage and train a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to meet sales targets. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies for maximum impact. Requirements: Experience: A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in management or related roles. Languages: Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential. Skills: Proficient in market analysis, data-driven insights, and strategic decision-making, with advanced Office skills.
