Job Summary:

This is a key position that carries a high level of responsibility and authority. The successful candidate will be a strategic and collaborative sales professional who is very presentable and has great English skills. The BDR must have excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate a IT servieces in a way that people will understand.

What will be your main role as a BDR?

  • Set meetings with a predefined list of prospects
  • Effectively communicate the managed IT services provided to the potential customers
  • Be responsible for achieving KPI’s within the department.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
  • Experience in the USA market
  • Experience in the IT industry
  • CRM experience such as Hubspot, etc.
  • Great English
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospects to introduce services and generate interest
  • Qualify leads and identify decision-makers within target accounts
  • Articulate value proposition clearly and persuasively to prospects
  • Set up appointments for Account Executives by effectively scheduling meetings with interested leads
  • Meet and exceed daily activity goals for calls, emails, and appointments set
