Job Summary:
This is a key position that carries a high level of responsibility and authority. The successful candidate will be a strategic and collaborative sales professional who is very presentable and has great English skills. The BDR must have excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate a IT servieces in a way that people will understand.
What will be your main role as a BDR?
- Set meetings with a predefined list of prospects
- Effectively communicate the managed IT services provided to the potential customers
- Be responsible for achieving KPI’s within the department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
- Experience in the USA market
- Experience in the IT industry
- CRM experience such as Hubspot, etc.
- Great English
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospects to introduce services and generate interest
- Qualify leads and identify decision-makers within target accounts
- Articulate value proposition clearly and persuasively to prospects
- Set up appointments for Account Executives by effectively scheduling meetings with interested leads
- Meet and exceed daily activity goals for calls, emails, and appointments set
